AllStar Concrete Coatings was contracted to handle a new construction project—over 3000 square feet of a new concrete floor in a sports complex in Georgetown, TX. After speaking with the owner about different commercial flooring options, they decided to go with the polished concrete look and durability for their one-of-a-kind floor. We decided to do a diamond grind and diamond polish to achieve their goals. This project had some custom stencil design and color separation. The end result was a unique commercial floor that also represented the brand and experience.

Concrete Polishing Georgetown- Project Goals & Outcomes

The commercial business owner needed to find a concrete polishing contractor that could handle a project of this size and custom scope. AllStar Concrete Coatings was able to meet and exceed their expectations and deliver a beautiful and custom option to represent the brand and feel the commercial space. After doing the initial diamond grinding steps, the Allstar crew cleaned and dyed a custom pattern to mimic a baseball field. The Allstar Team then densified them to harden and dustproof the floor and started our polished concrete Georgetown process and went from 100-800 grit diamond pads to achieve a beautiful natural sheen. A final application of the polished concrete sealer was added for protection against normal wear and tear, with some custom line striping and logos to represent the Branding. The result was a custom retail space that the owners could use for marketing and brand building for years to come.

Once the project was complete, the commercial business owners were very satisfied that we were able to meet their goals. Not only will the custom commercial flooring not peel or flake like a traditional epoxy or resin floor, but also the life cycle and minimal maintenance over time will prove to be an excellent alternative to the other concrete polishing Georgetown alternatives.
